The location was close to Los Olivos and good for a one night stay. The room was comfortable, but somewhat dated. The front door key we were given didnât work, and we had to call the emergency number to get in after we returned from dinner. They answered on the second call and we got in.
Great place to stay. I stayed for business and arrived at about 10 p.m. when I checked in. The key was waiting with an envelope with my name on it and bill inside. Except, for work, I need a detailed bill outlining taxes etc. It has been very difficult to get a copy of this bill. It doesn't seem like they have many people physically there to man phones or respond to customers.
THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE HOTEL OF THE ENTIRE PACIFIC HIGHWAY TRIP!!!! And it wasnât even on the Pacific highway!!!! Due to the fires and the construction going on. We had to detour inland. And we ended up in los Olivos, which I believe is part of the California one region. We randomly found this hotel and it is more like a bed-and-breakfast to be honest. Everything about it just felt like a peaceful getaway in another place. And the hosts were so welcoming. We especially loved the happy hour wine and cheese plate.
Great location, warm service but limited. The rooms are comfortable, fire places are great, the bathrooms are nice. The common areas are super cozy. The breakfast was very good, could have been great but no eggs cooked to order. Overall a 4.5.
Right in the perfect location for wine tasting . 2 miles from Los Olivos town . Pretty & well kept bed n breakfast . Had the largest room offered , the mountain room . Zero tvâs in room , guessing since itâs so quiet and thin walls all guests would hear . No elevator if thatâs needed . Breakfast was good . Welcome check in girl wasnât friendly , had us pour our own welcome champagne while she checked us in . Complaining she had to work on holiday and her birthday ⊠and annoyed when we needed plates later , and pointed to where they were all annoyed with zero words , rude and zero customer service. Morning front desk gal was bubbly and friendly and how we expected to be greeted and not a burden . $422 for one night stay is way way over priced . Iâd say $250 maximum should be more like it .
The rooms are horrible. The location is horrible. There is no space in the hotel to walk or go somewhere. Itâs just horrible. The picture is nice but bad experience and we couldnât sleep the whole night because of the smell of the fireplace in the room and they didnât care about that when I mention it
