Very poor customer service during my stay. The staff lacked basic courtesy and seemed unwilling to help with even simple questions. Communication was slow and often dismissive. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel until their service and attitude toward guests improve significantly.

Room was very clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but a great price. Continental breakfast was everything you could want. Oatmeal, 4 different types of cereal including gluten free cereal! Coffee, tea, juice, bagels, muffins and croissants. Very happy with that.

Room was great. Pool looked nice but a bit too cold so I didn't use it. Typical Continental Breakfast but did have good name brand products for yogurts, cereal, outmeal, muffins and good coffee.

We really wanted to LOVE this hotel. It offered an affordable family suite which was super important for us. The family suite itself was cute, and well appointed, but the layout was slightly strange. No worries, we’re not too fussy. The only reason I’m rating lower than five stars is because we did ask if we could possibly extend our stay one extra night, and we were told no, they had no vacancy for that last night we were requesting. But when I checked online the room (or one just like it) was still available. Too bad, as we would have given them more business. It was fine, but we’ll probably find somewhere else the next time we come to town.

The room is perfect for our needs in most ways, but the decor is atrocious. Still, it was fine. The biggest problem was no electrical outlets near the bed so my husband couldn’t use his cpap and our devices ran low on power. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay.
