NOISY! The motel style outside walkways allowed me to hear everyone who walked by, talking and pulling luggage. They changed my room by stairs to next to the housekeeping supply room, a different kind of annoying noise. The pillows are uncomfortable cheap foam, thin low quality towels, and the carpet needs a deep clean. The TV had NO apps (Fubo,Hulu, Netflix), and the mini fridge didn't stay cold. Only one of 5 mornings had fruit on the continental breakfast and the other days had dry cereal, instant oatmeal and bread/bagels. Mini fridge wasn't cold and shower curtain felt unsanitary. I had to get new room cards on four different occasions. My main issue is the staff. Housekeeping was so friendly! I needed a couple of things as I don't have them come in during my stay, and they were great. I unfortunately had to interact with the front desk a few times, and while they were all polite, they were far from friendly. My plans changed as I had a family member in the hospital and it took 3 phone calls and a visit to the front desk to finally speak with manager Sean to approve a coutesy credit for my first night when my grandson couldn't be transferred up from LA, and to extend my stay. There was no apology or empathy for the inconvenience of having to change rooms, replace the key cards, fridge or for the poorly stocked 'breakfast'.This was a very stressful trip and to feel like I was an unwelcome imposition made it worse. The Motel 6 next door seems a better option for my return...
