Close to beach and there were beach chairs and others supplies available to use, including beach towels. It was Very clean with easy instruction information of neatby places.I highly recommend this rental and the beach close by.

The location was great - only a 13 minute walk to the beach! There was plenty of room for us to spread out, the house was clean and tidy, the back yard is huge!

This place was perfect for our vacation. We could walk to the beach, and there was enough of a backyard to keep the kids entertained between outings. The back porch was great, the place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay

Location was excellent. Host was excellent. The drum concert on beach was unique and plenty of waterfront bars. WE are pickleballers and had 2 very nice places to play nearby. Traffic was not bad compared to Sarasota and Fort Myers area.
