Our vacation home is located on a sunny high plateau in the Eggental Valley (Rosengarten region), surrounded by meadows and forests, with a view of the village of Deutschnofen and the Rosengarten and Latemar mountains—the irresistible hiking and skiing area of Obereggen. It sits at an elevation of 1,373 meters.
Surrounded by nature, you’ll find peace and relaxation!


A vacation with us means: ...a special kind of getaway—close to nature, quiet, unspoiled, personalized, child-friendly, and far from the crowds and hustle and bustle. So a vacation with us also means a summer retreat, fresh forest air, the scent of hay, cows, horses, sheep, chickens, and rabbits.

Recreational activities: There are no limits for hikers. From spring through fall, guided hikes are offered weekly. Other options include: tennis, horseback riding, mini-golf, bocce, bowling, a fitness center, and the 18-hole golf course in Petersberg.
In winter, active vacationers can enjoy 50 km of well-groomed slopes with state-of-the-art lifts in the nearby Obereggen-Latemar area. Cross-country skiers can also enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and tranquility on 100 km of well-groomed trails.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, tolles Appartment, gut ausgestattet, sauber und modern, auch für unseren Hund. Super Lage, abgeschieden, ruhig, Blick auf das Dorf, Skigebiete Obereggen in 12 min, Carezza in 20 min gut erreichbar. Alpe cermis 40 min. Zum Langlaufen Passo Lavaze in 15 min. Insgesamt für 2 Erwachsene 3 Kindet (10,12,14) Hund super!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Deutschnofen und ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeber.Ein überdachter Parkplatz stand direkt vor der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Aus dem Gemüsegarten konnten wir uns mit Salat versorgen. Die Unterkunft war auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie bestens ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhige Unterkunft zum Wandern und Auftanken

Eine wunderbare, ruhige, saubere und helle Unterkunft für alle die einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub erleben möchten. Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und liegt direkt am Kirchsteig, welcher eine tolle Wanderroute bietet. Deutschnhofen ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto weg und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind mehr als herzlich und hilfsbereit! Beim Bauernhof nebenan kann man leckere frische Eier und Milch erstehen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch einen guten Ausgangspunkt um umliegende Wanderrouten oder Tagesausflüge zu machen. Wir waren super begeistert und haben die Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen.

Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft

mit einem Wort: perfekt!

Sehr schöne, modern und frisch eingerichtete Wohnung, die sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt. Unten im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine separate Toilette, an den Eingangsbereich schließt sich der Wohn-Koch- und Essbereich an. Von hier aus gelangt man in das Obergeschoß, in welchem sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet und ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und einem weiteren Bett (Platz für 3 Kinder). Weiterhin findet man im OG ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Bad mit Dusche und Waschtisch und einem weiteren WC (sehr praktisch für Familien!) Vor dem Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich eine wunderschöne Dachterasse als Rückzugsmöglichkeit mit Sitzgelegenheit. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet eine Laube, die gerne mitbenutzt werden kann. Auch hier kann man wunderbar verweilen! Für den PKW steht ein schattiges Carport bereit! Die Vermieter waren WEIT überdurchschnittlich nett und umsorgten uns perfekt. So bekamen wir z.B. mehrere schöne Salatköpfe aus dem eigenen Garten! Die Unterkunft war mit einem Wort: perfekt! Deutschnofen ist ein kleiner Ort mit mehreren Gaststätten und einem Supermarkt. Auch ein Bäcker und Metzger sind vorhanden. Sehr leckeres (meist selbstgemachtes) Eis gibt es auf Nachfrage in mehreren Gaststätten! Die Wanderwege sind gut angelegt und beschildert. Mit einer Karte aus dem Touristbüro vor Ort haben wir uns sehr gut zurecht gefunden! Man trifft bei den Wanderungen fast niemanden. Eine herrlich ruhige Lage. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann - wie auch wir es gemacht haben - einen Ausflug nach Kaltern unternehmen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder!

Dieses Haus mit den beiden sehr gepflegten und schönen Ferienwohnungen ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren 5 Tage Gast in einer herzlichen, sehr gepflegten und Gastfreundschaft Atmosphäre. Tolles Haus, schöne Ferienwohnung und unglaublich sympathische Vermieter! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und sagen unseren Gastgebern auf diesem Wege noch einmal von ganzem Herzen Dankeschön für einen perfekten Urlaub in einer der schönsten Regionen Europas!!!

Erholung pur in familiärer Atmosphäre!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche) haben eine sehr schöne Woche in einer neuen, sehr sauberen und komplett eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für Oma' s leckeren Apfelstrudel.  Wunderschöne Aussicht, ruhige Gegend und trotzdem schnell im Ort. Perfekt-wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement 2

Deutschnofen Wir genossen unseren Urlaub im Haus Oberzöhr sehr. Die moderne Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit Allem was nötig ist, ausgestattet. Das Appartement Nr.2 ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich-mehrmals wurden wir mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten beschenkt- und auch der Mail-Kontakt im Vorfeld klappte sehr zügig. Wir sassen oft auf der wunderbaren Terrasse mit Blick aufs Weisshorn. Da das Haus auf über 1000 Meter Höhe liegt, geht auch an heissen Sommertagen ein angenehmes Lüftchen. Dieser Ort ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen im gesamten Rosengarten- und Latemargebiet und für Ausflüge nach Bozen und zum Kalterer See. Zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit, im Dorf bekommt man beim Bäcker, in der Metzgerei und im Lebensmittel-und Delikatessenladen alles. Wir können dieses Domizil allen nur wärmstens empfehlen und sollten wir wieder mal in Südtirol Urlaub machen, werden wir sehr gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.

Appartement au coeur des Dolomites

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances d'été au coeur des Dolomites à deux pas du paisible village de Deutschnofen, dans l'appartement de Judith et sa famille très accueillante. La plupart des habitants de la région sont Germanophones. Nombreuses ballades possibles dans les environs. L'appartement (N°1) correspond à la description. Attention néanmoins : il n'y a pas de WIFI, et la machine à laver se trouve chez a voisine. Bon à savoir avant de prendre le départ.
