Asked for a TV controller 3 times and never helped, desk attendant was very unhelpful, sick, unfriendly & abrupt - "What do you want?", no computer available to check in for boarding passes, breakfast was mediocre at best and not available on time, water took forever to get warm with the pipes rattling loudly, sound from neighboring rooms all night long was like they were in the room with us and they were trying to win a prize. Not a place we will ever return to.

This is her second stay at this property. I preferred the location of our first stay. The recent stay was obviously in an older part of this nice Motel. It is obvious that they have put a lot of work and money into an upgrade. I have no doubt we will stay here again in the future

I bought a hotel room through Travelocity and when I arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk said that they had received nothing from Travelocity so I couldn’t get a room Travelocity needs to do a better job doing their job for their guests

The pool had bugs and leaves bees and other things floating. Not too bad
