The house is located between the places Obdach and St. Wolfgang at about 1100 meters above sea level idyllically surrounded by woods and meadows. It offers approximately 140 square meters of living space for up to 10 people in two separate units for 6 or 4 people, each with 2 rooms and bathroom and toilet. Kitchen and lounge are shared.
The kitchen is modern with fridge, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen has a balcony for breakfast in the morning sun.
In the common room there are TV (SAT), books and board games.
Internet is available throughout the house via Wi-Fi at no extra charge.
Likewise, pets are welcome.
In the garden there is a small children's playground, a brick barbecue and garden furniture. Parking for 3 cars directly at the house.
Activities in winter: In the winter, the ski areas Rieseralm (4 lifts) and shelter invite you to enjoy the slopes in the immediate vicinity. The ski areas on Klippitztörl, on the Koralpe, on the Salzstiegl or on the Gaberl can be reached in half to an hour's drive.
The Zirbitzkogel is a very popular destination for ski tourers. Numerous routes lead to the summit.
Also friends of cross-country skiing and tobogganing get their money's worth. Finally, the snowy landscape invites to romantic winter walks or walks.
Summer activities: Summer activities: In summer, the Steirische Zirbenland is a hiking paradise with 330 km of marked trails and offers a variety of paths for the sporty and comfortable.

Toller Urlaub in Obdach
Eine Wunderschöne Woche im FEWO Haus. Ganz sauber und mit super bequemen Betten!
Das Haus steht in einer tollen Lage für Wanderungen vom
Haus weg oder mit dem Auto.
Das ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Magnifica location!
Casa in bella posizione, molto tranquilla, fuori dal centro abitato (raggiungibile in macchina in 7 minuti), con vista panoramica. Molto spaziosa e ben disposta, con stanze confortevoli. Arredamento semplice ma curato. Cucina attrezzatissima (anche l'affettatrice!) e adatta a cucinare per 9-10 persone. Stanza da pranzo grande e comoda, con grande divano. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito. All'esterno possibilità di barbecue con tavolo e sedie. Le foto della gallery corrispondono alla realtà! Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile anche se abbiamo comunicato solo via mail. Parla inglese e tedesco. Ci ha lasciato massima libertà.
Ampio parcheggio di fronte casa (noi avevamo tre macchine).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen, vier Kindern und zwei Hunden im Ferienhaus. Wir können uns der vorangegangenen Bewertung nur anschließen! Rundum sehr zufrieden!Küche ist super ausgestattet. Betten sind prima!
Ein Auto ist notwendig!
Ein schönes kleines Familienskigebiet gibt es auf der Rieseralm, dort kann man auch alles ausleihen! !Wichtig! Skikurse gibt es nur in Obdach Schneeschule Klinger!

Ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub
Erholsamer Urlaub in einem wirklich sehr sauberen Haus!!Wunderbar Rustikal gemütliche Küche mit einem grossen Balkon.
Die Organisation war von Schlüsselübergabe bis Auto mit Traktor hochziehen sehr gut.Bequeme Betten und schöne Zimmer
Wunderbare Lage direkt am Wald.
Leider nur am ersten Tag etwas Schnee,aber in etwa 25 KM Entfernung ist eine gut Präparierte Piste zum Skifahren.
Aber besonders Mega gut ist die Rodelbahn,wirklich Sau gut!!!! Zum Salzstiegel heisst es dort.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Opdach etwa 6KM entfernt.Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt neben dem Spar Laden!Ich meine es heisst Grillitsch.
Nicht zu verfehlen.Da gibt es noch Raucher und Nichtraucher,also am besten bei Nichtrauchern reservieren.
Alles in einem ist es eine ruhige und nette Gegend ohne Hektik und Stress.
