The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and well kept. If you stay on the west side of the building it can be a little noisy due to the freeway next to the building. However, later at night the freeway traffic lightens up and there is less noise.

We had to listen to two small barking dogs for our entire night. Those same neighbors were smoking and you could smell it in our room. I was to tired to deal with moving rooms so we just tolerated it. The was pretty dirty and would definitely use flops if you take a shower. I would not stay here again. On an upside the staff is very nice.

The elevator was not in a convenient location so I had to climb two sets of stairs to my room. There was no internet connection and the phone wouldn’t stay connected for me to talk to the front desk. This stay was not definitely with the $85, should have been $40. Since I could not connect to the internet, I could not finish my project for work so that was an inconvenience.

A decent overnight stay

It was a good and decent stay. One night stay. There was some traffic noise from the freeway overnight and some noise from housekeeper cart rolling through the outside hallway. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Trust me when I say, if you're thinking "wow! This looks great for a motel 6!" It isn't. Look, it was one night, so we survived. However, the lights were dim, the vanity light fixture was even broken. The shower floor and toilet had black stains, marks, and build up. The toilet had a little mold even. The floors weren't fully cleaned and there were pieces of dog food here and there. Underneath our stained sheets there was dog hair stuck to the mattress. We checked because the overall presentation had us worried about bed bugs. None of those thankfully. Here's what we thought, well it's just one night, we just need a clean bed. We ended up buying our own blankets from Walmart to lay on top of a "fresh" set of sheets so that it felt clean. Also, while it is a smoke free area, no one respects that rule. The room smelled like cigarettes. Very noisy by the freeway as well so we had to use white noise and blast the AC. Trust me fellow traveler, pay the extra for the nicer place or go with that air bnb. You will sleep so much better.

The front desk lady did not smile once. She almost looked mad to be there. Check in was pretty fast. The tv control wasn’t working when i got to room. I think showers are way too small. Overall it was just ok
