This tropical paradise is newly renovated, fully furnished, and stocked with all the essentials. It's located on the first floor of a two-family house. You have access to a front (patio furniture) and back patio with a 2 person swinging bench, with a grassy yard in both front and back as well. There is a Mango tree that bears fruit at certain times of year (late spring/early summer), Avocado, Sower Sop, (infant stages:) Lime, Sugar Apple, Guava, and Cherry trees in the backyard that you can eat off the tree.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about both the home and the host. Communication was easy and seamless, and the host was incredibly accommodating. We hadn’t realized ahead of time that we needed to request a pack and play for our infant, but once we reached out, the host made sure one was delivered to the house within 30 minutes — which we truly appreciated.The home comfortably accommodated our group of five adults and one infant. Each bedroom has very spacious closets, which made it easy to unpack and feel at home rather than living out of suitcases. A thoughtful touch we loved was the clothesline and clothespins in the backyard — perfect for drying beach towels and gear after long, beautiful days in Barbados.One of our favorite parts of the house was sitting around the dining table with the doors open, enjoying the lovely cross breeze. The kitchen was also very well equipped with all the basic items needed to prepare meals at home.We had an amazing trip and are already looking forward to returning to Barbados. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home. Thank you for such a great experience!

A Hidden Gem in Oistins!Maxwell Lodge was the perfect home away from home during my stay in Barbados. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and located in a quiet area just minutes from Oistins and the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality — the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and cared for. From helpful local tips to quick responses and genuine kindness, they made my experience unforgettable.If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing spot that still keeps you close to all the action in Oistins, Maxwell Lodge is the place to be. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Barbados!

Great Home

Home was clean, well-kept, and a very comfortable space. Communication with property manager was great. Would definitely stay here again. Location is not far or out of the way from a lot of main spots in Barbados.

Clean and comfortable accommodation for a group

This was a comfortable place to stay with family or a group as it offers a good mix of privacy and inviting common areas (the big couch in the living room is very comfortable and a nice hangout spot as is the back yard!) Internet and air conditioning worked as did all kitchen appliances. The upstairs tenants were quiet and respectful. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and communication with the hosts was excellent. The property manager, Roy, comes by regularly to maintain the yard, etc., and is available to answer any questions or concerns, but he never made us feel like he was intruding on our vacation. He helped us greatly the first day when our car rental fell through by connecting us with someone who was able to rent us an appropriate car at a good price the next day. This was much appreciated! The house is located on a quiet residential street and is about a five minute drive down to Oistins and Dover Beach. The neighbourhood felt safe. We had a car but I believe you could get around decently fine using the mini buses also. The only reason I'm giving four stars to the location is because it's not really walking distance to a beach (you could walk but it would take about half an hour and you'll be walking up a big hill on the way back) but you get what you pay for :)

Amazing place

They've taken a lot of time to make this place really polished. The place was spotless when we got there, there are helpful QR codes everywhere, wifi was great, AC worked great, communication with the owner was without issue. The only reason I'd give this property a bad review would be because it's so good, I don't want everyone else booking it up! We will be back!
