Oistins Modern 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo Near Miami Beach
Modern, Mediterranean-style 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an open concept, a large patio ideal for eating and relaxing with family and/or friends, and a shared outdoor pool. Our condo is perfect for individuals working from home, families or a group of friends who want a quiet getaway while remaining close to all local amenities. We are located in a quiet, residential area of Oistins Barbados but remains within walking distance to the beach and other necessities. We strive to provide you with an at home, island feel while you stay on the island of Barbados, all while offering many of the amenities that hotels and resorts would.
Why pay the pricey, per person costs that resorts charge when you can get the affordability of our per night charges? Our nightly charges are not per person, but are based on double occupancy, and increase slightly only with each additional person added to your travel party.
LIVING SPACE:
There are spacious living and dining areas as well as a spacious, well-appointed kitchen. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors by watching movies on the 43-inch TV. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed that can sleep friends or family members. The fully-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and it has a large pantry for food storage. The 8-person dining table is perfect for enjoying meals and great conversation.
The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plenty of room for storage, and a 32-inch TV. The 4-piece ensuite bathroom contains a large soaker tub and a rain shower. There is a large second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and room for storage, and the large 3-piece bathroom also contains a rain shower. The large dining room and outdoor patio tables give ample space for individuals who need to work from home. The high-speed internet is perfect for video streaming and conference calls from work.
THE AREA:
Regarding proximity to amenities, The Alexandria condo is within walking distance to several important places: a 10-12 minute walk to Miami (Enterprise) Beach, a well-known spot for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing; an 18-20 minute walk to the delicious food and nightlife found in the town of Oistins Barbados; a 25 minute walk to the large supermarket; and less than a 5 minute walk from a small grocery shop. Of course, these travel times can be shortened with the use of a rental car, taxi, or local public transportation. Last but not least, the condo is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport, so you can start to enjoy your vacation almost immediately after you arrive on the island.
CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Our property is managed by Blue Sky Luxury, which gives our guests access to their concierge services. Some of these services include: preparing for guests’ arrival, pre-stocking groceries or providing a cooked meal for guests (at an additional cost), and assisting with reservations for car rentals, dining, excursions, and activities.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
AC Units:
The AC units are located in the bedrooms only. The rest of the condo is outfitted with fans to keeps guest cool.
Laundry Access:
Guests will have access to the washer and dryer units when their stay is longer than 7 nights.
Extra Person Fee:
We charge at booking an extra person fee (per person per night) above 2 people: Adults- $4. If you add guests after check-in/arrival additional guests will be considered a new booking and will be charged the full nightly fee (per person per night) not the $41 USD. We have an additional unit for adults only "The Damaris Condo" - more information below.
Additional Unit:
We also have another unit for adults only located on the second floor. The unit is called "The Damaris Condo". You can also find more detailed information on our website T&S Barbados Rentals.
Cleaning Fee:
We charge a cleaning fee of $60 per stay when renting the condo.
Additional Optional Fees:
We have a cleaning person who comes to change linens in the middle of your stay (7 day or more booking). If you would like a second visit the cost is $30US.
We are happy to book a rental car for you if desired. The car will be waiting for you at the airport and will give you a temporary license on the spot. You will need a valid license to be able to drive in Barbados. Note: Barbados drives on the left-hand side.
Guests will have access to all areas of the condo for parties of 4 guests or more. For guests with only 2 parties, you will only have access to the master suite. If you need the second bedroom please make that request known.
You will also have access to a shared pool. Security cameras are located at the front door of the unit for safety. Our property manager from Blue Sky Luxury will be there to greet you and take care of any needs during your stay.

The condo is located in a quiet, residential area of Oistins Barbados close to Miami (Enterprise) Beach- a great site for lounging, swimming, and surfing. In true island style, there are various farm animals in the surrounding area such as cows, chickens, and sheep, but they are not bothersome and are well-kept. There is a local bar within walking distance, as well as a small grocery shop. A little further down the main road is the town of Oistins which has a large supermarket, bank, and plenty of dining options. This is where the "Oistins Barbados Friday Night Fish Fry" occurs every Friday night into the weekend.
We have parking onsite with 4 spaces to choose from. We are a 5-7 minute walk to public transportation on Enterprise Road. There is also a ZR Van which now runs on our street Lower Carters Gap. The route number is 1S.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 1 hour.
PARTIES:
There are no parties allowed within the condo or outside on the patio.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:
Also, there are no unauthorized overnight guests allowed.
NO-SMOKING:
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the condo or outside on the patio.
BEACH UMBRELLAS/CHAIRS
We have provided beach umbrellas & chairs to be used on the beach. They are located in the second bedroom. Please ensure all sand is washed off at the beach before returning to the condo.

We provide a phone for guest use for local calls only.
A/C UNITS:
There is air conditioning (A/C) in the bedroom. To conserve energy, please ensure the A/C unit and ceiling fans are turned off when leaving the unit.
LAUNDRY:
