We had a very disappointing stay at Abidah. We were there for 9 days and for 7 of those days the elevator was out of order. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs every time we came and went. We were actually stuck in the elevator one time and had to pry the doors open. The breakfast buffet was the same every day except they changed the pork sausage to chicken sausage. The (powdered ?) scrambled eggs were the same everyday. If you don't get there early, the food is cold. Dinner meals were themed, but the same for the 2nd week. Most of the staff was lazy and inattentive, especially the wait and bar staff. TV channels were very limited. No hand soap in the main bathroom in the room. Room was spacious, though, with a nice view of the ocean. No counter space in the bathroom because there were 2 sinks. Liquor and wine selection was very poor; unknown brands of liquor and only 4 kinds of wine. Pool shower was not fixed until 6 ays after we got there. Would not recommend this "high-end, all-inclusive" hotel, especially for the price we paid.
