"The reception was exceptional- Thapa Kalpana especially- from check in to accommodating my request for champagne glasses, bucket & ice as it was my birthday. The rest of the staff was courteous & attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was the most spacious in any of the Japan hotels I stayed in- clean…the view from my room was phenomenal! It’s so convenient to go to shopping malls, restaurants and the monorail! I loved it that I asked my family who’s visiting my brother to book at Righa Royal. Thank you!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, near Kokusai-dori shopping belt, plenty of food option nearby, staffs are extremely helpful and friendly, property still new, the only down side was that during our stay, the hotel breakfast was not available due to renovation work, am sure it will get better after it is done in June 2025"
