Detached house with patio, located in the central area of Olbia. Strategic location to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation: just 200 meters from the new promenade and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Olbia, including Pittulongu, Bados, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi. The apartment is located in an area full of amenities, ideal for visiting the charming coves of the Costa Smeralda and perfect for evening strolls along the waterfront and in the characteristic historic center.



The house has attention to detail and amenities: it offers air-conditioned rooms and a spacious outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.The apartment opens onto the living area with a large sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is independent and equipped, with induction cooktop and espresso machine. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor patio, furnished with an extendable table for 6 people. The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned: two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds. There are two modern bathrooms, both with large shower stalls.
