Diese Wohnung ist eine Raucherwohnung, gleich beim Eintreten ist dies durch den Geruch erkennbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, Waschmaschine hat gut funktioniert, man hatte genügend saubere Handtücher, der Warmwasserboiler hat des Öfteren nur kaltes Wasser beschert, sowie sehr niedriger Wasserdruck, Beleuchtung war sehr mager, Platz war genügend vorhanden, das Mobiliar war intakt, man konnte in das Vorgärtchen sitzen, Kaffeemaschine hat gut funktioniert und es war genügend Geschirr zur Verfügung, Gasherd stand zur Verfügung, Kühlschrank hatte keine Abdeckung zum Eisfach, Eingangstüre war die Mechanik defekt es erforderte Geduld bis man die Türe öffnen konnte.
