INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

I Lecci 1 is located on the second floor of a private building: the entrance, via a flight of stairs, leads to the large covered veranda with stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. The large living room with dining table overlooks the separate kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. For different sleeping arrangements, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Near the entrance, there is a courtyard with uncovered parking spaces.

LOCATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES

I Lecci 1 is located within the well-maintained "I Lecci" residential complex, nestled in Mediterranean vegetation with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: ancient junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only two buildings in a quiet and secluded setting. The beautiful Ira Beach is about 3 km away. A few kilometers away is the popular "Stella di Gallura" restaurant with a swimming pool, a favorite spot during the summer. About 3.5 km, five minutes by car, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and famous nightlife. Numerous restaurants are nearby and within short distance: Lu Stazzu (1200 m), I Valentini (1500 m), Locanda Rudalza (1400 m). The nearest bus stop is only 280 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.

The properties offered are rented for tourism purposes by their respective owners through the mediation of Klodge, in accordance with Law 431/98 and Article 21-bis of Regional Law 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

Booking Details

The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.



Essential services for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialized external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest.



If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.



Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.



Arrival Details

After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.



Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

Check-in Hours

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (therefore not at 16:00 sharp), depending on accommodation availability, cleaning schedules, and pre-booked check-in appointments.

Late arrivals (upon request):

* 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 surcharge

* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge

* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement
