Não espere a qualidade de um Mercure!

- PONTOS NEGATIVOS Bar & Restaurante - PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! O valor de um cheese burger é de R$25. O pão é ruim (parecia pão amanhecido), a carne é ruim (sem gosto) e o queijo é difícil de achar! Nós usamos 4 saquinhos de maionese e de ketchup só para poder comer e engolir o lanche, já que a fome era muita e estavamos cansados para sair. Pedimos um espeto de carne bovina. Eu nem me lembro a última vez que devolvi algo, mas dessa vez tive que devolver o espeto, porque a carne era muito dura, impossível de mastigar! O café da manhã é cobrado R$39 por pessoa e acredito que seja administrado pela mesma empresa-pessoa do bar, portanto preferimos gastar menos da metade desse valor e ter um excelente café da manhã em uma padaria da cidade. Vocês precisam URGENTEMENTE rever quem presta o serviço de alimentação pra vocês! PROCESSO DE CHECK-IN - Horrível! O processo é demorado e ficamos quase meia-hora esperando o processo ser finalizado. Isso porque não havia ninguém na fila e na nossa frente. Foram literalmente mais de 30 minutos para gerar 2 cartões de acesso! COMFORTO - Travesseiro ruim, cama péssima, toalhas horríveis (daquelas que esfolam a sua pele), ar condicionado velho, televisão pequena. Tudo é muito ruim. Não vá a esse hotel esperando comforto! - PONTOS POSITIVOS Staff - a equipe é legal e algumas pessoas da recepção são simpáticas. Piscina - a piscina é boa Espaço - o quarto é espaçoso

Foi bom, recomendo. quarto bom e limpo. Cafe da manha deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes e sempre as mesmas. Bastente atividades na piscina, time de recreacao sao otimos, mto bom. Precos dentro do hotel sao abusivos, tudo mto caro!! Lado bom e que fica ao lado do parque Thermas dos Laranjais.

Adoramos o hotel!

Me hospedo no hotel há anos com a família, porem com o passar dos anos sentimos que ficou abandonado, e cada vez que visito, deixa mais a desejar. A comida dessa vez, não estava boa como sempre foi, nem em sabor, nem em variedade de opções no buffet. Existe um andaime na recepção que todas as vezes que visitei, desde 2017, está lá no mesmo lugar. Quanto aos quartos e à limpeza das unidades, sempre mto bem feito! Adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que se mantivesse a qualidade que sempre nos fizeram optar por ele!

Os profissionais são excelentes, no quarto a cama é confortável, sofá cama um pouco duro pra dormir, sendo desconfortável. Valeu por poder fazer o checkout e continuar nas piscinas até às 18h. Não valeu ter que pagar taxa extra pra fazer o check in às 10:30, pensando na nova lei das 24h de diária, sendo que o check out é às 11h e o check in às 14h.

Os serviços oferecidos pelo hotel não condizem com o formato de atendimento do local. Check in extremamente lento. Pedi para abastecer o frigobar 04 vezes no mesmo dia, a atendente até brincou: “o frigobar é sempre uma surpresa”. Local do café da manhã extremamente desorganizado. Café com cheiro de torrado. Apenas uma única mesa ode tinha café e bebidas quentes para atender um salão onde deveria ter umas 120 pessoas. Um atropelo! A limpeza do quarto estava bem ok. Os funcionários bem educados, mas a estrutura tem que ser adaptada pra atender os hóspedes a altura do valor da diária! Não faz jus ao nome de resort não! Nunca mais volto!

No geral o hotel é muito bom, ótimo atendimento. Só não gostei das músicas altas no ambiente da piscina durante o dia todo, poderia ter alguns horários sem música. Também acho que o funcionamento das piscinas poderá ser mais tarde.
