— Check-out until 11:00 am
— You must be 21 to rent this room. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check in.
— Valid photo ID and credit card required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests who do not check in as scheduled will be considered a no‑show.

— On site parking available - Parking fee of $35+tax per night for Self-Parking and of $65+tax per night for Valet.

— Pets not allowed
— Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. You will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $250 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
— Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe, makes accommodations for service animals that perform work or tasks as defined by the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Please be advised that it is unlawful for a person to fraudulently misrepresent an animal as a service animal or service animal in training.
