"The accommodations were wonderful. The space is in the process of being renovated; however, the few cosmetic issues being addressed did not take away from the experience. The bedrooms, as well as upstairs living, dining and full kitchen exceeded our expectations. Everything was well stocked with linens, towels, cooking items and even things like a rice pot, blender, and small cooler. We would definitely recommend this property. There is a short walk from the parking structure and I would note that there are stairs that might pose a challenge for older guest with walking limitations. That being said, very roomy and great for families."

"From the very beginning we were allowed to check in early, which was a huge blessing after our journey from Idaho. Staff at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, as was other staff we encountered during our stay. Loved the pool and the slide was a real treat. We had issues regarding the shuttle, not understanding that it went down the coast before heading up the coast, our destination. The trolley had changed it's schedule on Ali'i and never showed up to take us back to the hotel. After quite a long walk we were able to contact the front desk and they arranged for a cab to pick us up, a big help since we were still about 8 miles sway and it was getting late afternoon. The views from our 7th floor room were excellent and we used the onsite restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Very pleased with the Outrigger, two thumbs up! "

"We had ocean front unit, modern furnishings, amazing views! Only one minor inconvenience they did not let us use an air conditioner . We did request it during reservation and were willing to pay for it. Otherwise we had the most memorable stay!"

"The property is beautiful everything is so amazing. The home is furnished with unusual furnishings that fits the home perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. Cooking was easy. We had multiple family members from 2yrs to 70, 11 of us all together. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The swimming pool has floaters and toys. The pool is deep and fun for swimming. Plenty of items for the beaches from ice chest to umbrellas and kids sand toys!Owner of the property went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. He met us and went over everything with us from lights to what amazing fruits growing on the property. He also came back and picked oranges for us to make fresh juice. Our stay was everything and more than we anticipated!! Thank You Guy for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!"
