4 km from the second best beach in Italy according to the British newspaper The Telegraph, Villa with huge terrace and garden with solarium, in the heart of the nature of the Tuscan Maremma, with stunning views of the Tuscan Archipelago and the best sunsets of the Maremma. A lovely place, full of peace and surrounded by beautiful vegetation, ideal for a holiday of peace and beauty, for one or more families, or to spend time having fun with friends.

The house consists of large terrace of 120sqm with 2 tables seating up to 16 people, large living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two doubles and 2 doubles, 4 bathrooms with shower. Heating for the winter and hot water by powerful gas boiler, in order to have all the amenities with many guests. The house has a private access to the sea, through a pathway right below the house that leads to a rocky beach in the pristine coast of the marine park.

A few kilometers from several golf courses including Punta Ala and Argentario golf clubs. Ideal for excursions to Siena and the Chianti to the north (90 km), Rome and south (130 km). The town of Talamone is 1.2 km from the house. Among the beaches within easy reach that stand out the Maremma Park (10km), where they filmed several films and considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy and several beach resorts along the beautiful Giannella (6km from onwards). Wide choice of restaurants both in Talamone and in the picturesque and charming neighboring renaissance towns, including Montiano, Magliano, Capalbio, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano. Giglio island accessible by ferry in 1h.

At 20km you can find the famous Tarot Garden, by a student of the famous Gaudi, Niki de Saint Phalle.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Acht Tage lang haben wir zu zweit mit unserem Hund die traumhafte Lage und die herrliche Aussicht 130 m über dem Meer genossen – inklusive spektakulärer Sonnenuntergänge, die wir jeden Abend aufs Neue bestaunt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns neben der Aussicht die große, gut beschattete Terrasse sowie die zusätzlichen Sonnendecks. Auch die Badestelle am Meer ist spektakulär, man muss sie sich allerdings mit einem anstrengenden Aufstieg verdienen!Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und persönlich eingerichtet. Toll fanden wir auch die vielen verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereiche rund ums Haus. Die Küche ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Kommunikation mit Francesco und Alessandro war bestens und wir haben viele gute Tipps für Restaurants, Weingüter und besondere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bekommen.Für Hundebesitzer wichtig zu wissen: Im Maremma-Park selbst sind Hunde nicht erlaubt. Wir haben dafür schöne, wenn auch recht sportliche Spaziergänge hinunter nach Talamone unternommen – dort gibt es eine gute Infrastruktur und nette Einkehrmöglichkeiten.Fazit: Ein ganz besonderer Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und die toskanische Küste von ihrer schönsten Seite zu erleben.

Wunderbares Feriendomizil mit traumhafter Terasse+

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie um Pfingsten eine Woche in Talamone verbracht und für zwei Tage kamen noch Freunde zu Besuch. Die Kommunikation und Check-In mit dem Gastgeber Francesco klappte hervorragend. Vor Ort fanden wir ein individuell und volleingerichtetes Ferienhaus vor, dem die Nutzung als langjähriges Ferienhaus eine fröhlichen italienischen Familie anzusehen ist, Neben einer Einrichtung mit einzelnen Möbeln aus den 70er Jahren, Bildern und Büchern besticht das Ferienhaus durch den durchdachten Grundriss der die Schlafräume von dem geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich und der supergroßzügigen Terasse trennt, Wer kahle Wände und spartanisch, nüchterne Einrichtung bevorzugt, wird sich nicht wohlfühlen, Der Knüller ist die gut verschattete Terasse, die genau den Bildern entspricht und zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden kann. Die beiden etwas abseits gelegenen Decks (eins davon mit Außendusche) bieten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und das Baden im Meer ist mit 10min Abstieg und 13min Aufstieg zu empfehlen. Ach ja: Auch die Gegend ist sehenswert und bietet Abwechslung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Francesco als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Michael und Familie

Gerne wieder!

Aufenthalt im Juni mit 4 Erwachsenen, einer Jugendlichen und Hund. Was für ein Traum 🧡 Die Lage ist unglaublich über einer Bucht gelegen, der Blick ist atemberaubend. Viel Platz in und um die Wohnung herum laden zum "chillen" ein. Eine wunderschöne Terasse, zwei Sonnendecks bieten noch mehr Entspannungsmöglichkeit. Der Weg zum Strand ist steil, aber gut zu bewältigen. Als Belohnung wartet die Privatbucht mit glasklarem Wasser. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Casa molto spaziosa, ben organizzata. Forse un po’ ingombra dai numerosi oggetti ( tra l’altro molto belli ed interessanti) sparsi un po’ ovunque. La posizione è splendida ed i tramonti memorabili. Nel raggio di pochi chilometri ci sono spiagge e luoghi molto interessanti e belli da visitare. Francesco è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato moltissime indicazioni. Molto apprezzate quelle sui ristoranti.

Ich durfte mit fünf älteren Menschen eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Wohnung in Talamone verbringen. Die Terrasse ist das non plus Ultra!! Jede Sekunde, die wir nicht unterwegs waren, verbrachten wir mit traumhafter Aussicht!! Es gab ein, zwei Punkte, die ich bemängelt habe, die jedoch der Vermieter gleich an die Hand nahm. Sofort würde ich wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung buchen! Danke Francesco!!! Andrea

Ein Ferienparadies

Unsere Familie konnte den gesamten August 2018 in dem Haus verbringen. Wir waren dort zeitweise mit 8 Erwachsenen und einem Kind, was unproblematisch möglich war. Die Lage ist großartig. Der Gebäudekomplex liegt in einer Höhe von geschätzten 80 - 100 m unmittelbar über dem Meer, so dass man von der großen Terasse aus einen Panoramablick bis auf die vorgelagerten Inseln ( z.B. Elba/ Korsika ) genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist nützlich, insbesondere findet man in der Küche alles Erforderliche, um sich kulinarisch austoben zu können. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Wohnung ein wenig zugestellt, was ihr aber einen individuellen Charakter gibt und sich deshalb von üblichen 08/15 Einrichtungen von Ferienwohnungen unterscheidet. Besonders toll fanden wir das etwa 20 m vom Haus entfernt gelegene "Sonnendeck", eine Holzveranda mit Sonnenliegen und - schirm und einer eigenen Dusche, auf der man den Tag genießen konnte. Der Service von Francesco war hervorragend. Alle unsere Fragen und Probleme wurden prompt und sachgerecht erledigt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank lieber Francesco. Wir können das Objekt ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Unforgettable sea view

This house is in a superb position in the hills above Talamone in a quiet environment, Inside the Maremma National Park. The property is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. You have a picturesque view over the sea and to the islands Giglio, Montecristo and Elba and incredible sunsets every day. It is a pleasure to spend your time there, but it is also a great starting point for tours in the Etruscan cities in Tuscany and Lazio. My family spent a wonderful week here and would all love to stay there again.

wunderbare Aussicht

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung sind toll. Das Haus ist aussen sehr gut gepflegt und verfügt über viel Raum im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Der Verwalter war zuvorkommen und der Besitzer sehr nett. Im Haus gäbe es ein paar Sachen zum ersetzen (Kissen von Aussenstühlen , Sofa o.ä.)besonders die Haushaltsgeräte in der Küche sind, ausser dem Kühlschrank, nicht in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das weite blaue Meer

Unser Leben fand während der zwei Wochen draußen statt, auf der schönen, großen Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick ins weite Blau. Zum Abkühlen genossen wir die Freiluftdusche. Das Haus selbst ist das letzte vor dem Naturpark Maremma, hoch über dem Meer in den Berg hineingebaut, vier Ebenen mit vier großen Wohnungen, die jede sehr für sich sind. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um sich mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen und für Ausflüge. Wandern in der Maremma ab dem Haus möglich, Eintrittskarten werden auch in Talamine verkauft. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses gäbe es eine wunderschöne Bucht zum Schnorcheln, der Zugang wäre über Stufen möglich (ca. 10-15 Minuten Abstieg), leider wurde er durch Steinrutsch an einer Stelle zerstört, so dass es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nur mit etwas Wagnis möglich war, hinunterzukommen, für unsere Kinder war es uns zu gefährlich. Darauf hatte Francesco allerdings auch vorher hingewiesen, so dass wir Bescheid wussten. Ich hoffe sehr, dass der Zugang wieder hergestellt wird... Der Kontakt mit Francesco war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Spectacular Mediterranean perch.

Perched cliffside in the hills above Talamone, Italy is a gem of a property. With a breathtaking Mediterranean view and its tasteful but comfortable furnishings, the villa is a destination in and of itself. During our weeklong stay there, we had intended to use the house as a base to see the surrounding area. However, at least one day we spent lounging on site, reading books as no one wanted to leave. The house is fully equipped, with plenty of bedroom, bathroom and living space. And the outside terrace serves as a whole other living space with very comfortable chairs and couch. It also provided a lovely area for our candlelit dinner party with friends one evening. From the terrace, the view out over a beautiful bay, reveals the islands of Giglio, Elba, Monte Christo and even Corsica can be seen outlined in spectacular sunsets. The property backs up to the Mamerra Nature Preserve and views of its unspoiled coastline can be reached from hiking trails that start practically at the property doorstep. Francesco, the owner was very welcoming and easy to work with in arranging our stay. Talamone is easily reached via train from Rome (though you will need to get a ride into town from the train station.) But a car is recommended as there are fascinating Etruscan and medieval sites and towns nearby, or for day trips to more famous Tuscan towns. Or perhaps, as we hope to do on our next visit, you will just spend a peaceful week enjoying nature and one of the most beautiful views, eating lovely food and drinking even better wine. We have rented many VRBO properties before and this one, hands down, is the best. Clare USA

Fantastic villa

This house is in a unique location and quite isolated on the outskirts of the Maremma National Park. The villa is beautifully constructed and tasteful, and the sunsets are incredible. We had a wonderful week during the Snipe World Championship held in Talamone. The villa was our daily escape to regroup and rest from each day's competition. After a day of sailing on Talamone Bay, we all looked forward to going back up the hill to our villa to enjoy some red wine and another fantastic sunset. My wife did not sail and she enjoyed several days of restful solitude. Another non-sailing guest enjoyed hiking the trails on the hills. I look forward to returning some day soon without my sailboat and just enjoying this wonderful villa. Lee USA

Stupenda

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutti i confort. Le stanze sono ampie. Il terrazzo è strepitoso. La vista prende tutto l'Arcipelago Toscano. Spesso si vedeva sia Montecristo che la Corsica. Totale tranquillità anche per il fatto di essere nel Parco Naturale della Maremma. Le foto non gli rendono giustizia

Příjemný apartmán s neopakovatelným výhledem

Talamone a okolí je skvělé místo pro dovolenou. Apartmán je plně vybaven, prostorná terasa s nádherným výhledem je úžasná. Vlastní kamenná pláž nabízí soukromí. Příjemný majitel nám byl po celou k dispozici na telefonu, pomohl a poradil, pokud jsme cokoli potřebovali. Vřele doporučuji!
