Four bedroom, 2 bath split level ranch-style home located just 2/10th's of a mile from beautiful bay-side Skaket Beach. The top floor offers three bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen and living with easy access to a large deck where you can enjoy privacy and the feel of the ocean just beyond the treetops!  

The lower level is where you'll find the laundry room, fourth bedroom, second full bath and plenty of bright living space to relax, play games or watch TV

The property is located at the end of a sandy lane and offers beach access via a non-public path.

Living areas on both first and second floors offer flat screen televisions and lots of space to spread out.

Great Beach House

Great place. Short walk to beach. Private, safe for kids to ride bikes to beach and other places. Beach is perfect for kids, lots of tide pools and fun critters for kids to find. House is well set up for families. Property managers responded quickly when we needed them.
