The villa, with its romantic vaulted ceiling, has a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. It also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. Outside you will find a large, beautifully-landscaped garden with a covered terrace and a barbecue. Enjoy meals together on the long, wooden table in the garden, read a book on the veranda or explore the area by bike (5 mountain bikes are available on site). A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is located in the town of Orosei, which is 3 km away. The nearest sandy beach, Osalla di Orosei, is 2 km away.

Please note that it is possible to wire the deposit to the property's homeowner. If a proper inspection is not possible at checkout (if, for instance, guests are in a hurry), the guests will get the deposit back the day after.
