The property consists of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two modern bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet, as well as a large and bright living room with open kitchen and sofa bed. You are welcomed by a beautiful terrace facing south.
The modern, open kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Guests always have access to salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, toilet paper, shampoo and soap.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Ski and bicycle storage as well as a car park for 2 cars are also available.

Not all accommodations allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. In accommodations where pets are allowed, a surcharge per animal and night will be charged.
Baby cot, high chair, bed rail and other extras that are not explicitly marked as inclusive are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-in after 19:00 is only possible with prior notification by no later than 18:00 on the day of arrival. This requires submission of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax and any additional services by credit card at check-in. This also applies to self check-in.
Late check-out is only permitted with prior written confirmation from MUSE.holiday and against an additional charge. Without appropriate confirmation, the full daily rate will be charged, including any resulting additional costs.
The heating (if available) is in operation from October to April. It will not be switched on during this period if the outside temperature is above 15 °C or the indoor temperature reaches or exceeds 21 °C.
The air conditioning (if available) is in operation from June to September. It will not be switched on during this period if the outside temperature is below 25 °C or the indoor temperature reaches or falls below 23 °C.
The owner reserves the right to switch the heating (if available) and/or air conditioning (if available) on, off, up or down, taking into account general operating conditions and energy efficiency.
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless expressly stated in the listing. If permitted, this is only done following confirmation by MUSEholiday, against an additional fee and in accordance with the conditions of the respective property.
Guests are required to ventilate the accommodation at least twice daily (morning and evening) for at least 5 minutes each time to reduce moisture and prevent mould formation. If this is not complied with and mould is found after departure, the costs for remediation will be charged to the guest.
Due to the geographical location, the WiFi connection may be limited or interrupted. Continuous availability cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed, keys, loyalty cards and other items received at check-in must be returned to the original point of issue. Otherwise, a fee of €50 for collection will be charged. In the event of loss of keys, a fee will be charged, the amount of which depends on the respective locking system and covers the actual costs of replacement and, if necessary, exchange.
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. It does not include washing up dishes or disposal of rubbish in the designated areas. In the event of excessive soiling, unwashed dishes or undisposed rubbish, additional fees will be charged depending on the effort required.
Online check-in and the subsequent steps in the MUSEholiday Portal are mandatory, including the transmission of legally required guest data. Access to the accommodation is not possible without a fully completed online check-in.
The local tax is mandatory and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not included in the booking price. This and any additionally booked extras must be paid before or at check-in via the MUSEholiday Portal, unless expressly otherwise agreed.
Any defects or complaints must be reported immediately during the stay so that remedial action can be taken. Subsequent complaints after departure cannot be considered.
MUSEholiday or commissioned third parties reserve the right to enter the accommodation in case of urgent need, to prevent damage or for necessary maintenance work, exclusively after prior notice.
No liability is accepted for temporary failures or disruptions of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, internet or other technical facilities, unless these are attributable to intentional or grossly negligent behaviour.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee and a flat surcharge of €500.00 will be charged. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
The number of persons stated in the booking must not be exceeded. Unregistered additional guests are not permitted and violate legal registration requirements, which may result in official consequences.
Guests are liable for all damage to the accommodation, inventory or communal facilities caused during their stay. This also applies to damage that is only discovered after departure. Existing damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the accommodation was handed over in perfect condition.
By making the booking, guests acknowledge these conditions and agree to them.
