Chalet "Villa Rondula" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, Balcony, Garden & Terrace

In a central location, yet quiet and surrounded by nature, the charming "Chalet Villa Rondula" welcomes you in the municipality of Ortisei in South Tyrol. The 220m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe and a telephone, while a highchair is available on request. From the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and have breakfast together on the furnished terrace with grill and adjacent garden. The village center, with a number of restaurants, stores and some supermarkets is just 4-minute walk from the accommodation. The three ski lifts Resciesa, Alpe di Siusi and Seceda (with access to the Sella Ronda) are also within a few minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity there is also a ski rental shop (150m) and a bike rental shop (200m).

Parking is available on the property. Bed linen are included in the price, but unfortunately towels can not be provided. Pets are allowed. A washing machine and a dryer are available free of charge. In winter, a ski room with ski boot dryer is at your disposal.

You have free access to the pool and sauna at MarDolomit (800m away, reachable with escalator to the center). The Gardena Mobile Card, with which you can use all public transport in South Tyrol, is also available.

An intermediate cleaning, including change of towels, is included in the price.
A continental breakfast with fresh bread from the local bakery can be ordered on site.
