Fantastic hotel, centrally located

We only stayed one night at Hotel Bristol but wish it had been longer. Our room was spacious and clean with all of the amenities you could ask for, including lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. We were facing the street which was fine on a Sunday night, but I suspect it could be a bit noisy if a Friday or Saturday night. One small criticism is the pillows - they were so flat and not very comfortable. Recommend asking for a few extra if you are used to a fuller pillow. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had - so much choice and everything tasted incredible. We would love to return one day!

Good location. 15-20 minutes to ferry terminal, central train station, Opera House. Staff is helpful. Ran out of hair conditioner and it was not refilled. A fire alarm went off at 5:00 a.m. and all guests were required to exit the hotel and stand oitside on the sidewalk for 20 minutes

The room was small the bathroom was very small. Everything was in good condition just very tight. The restaurant was excellent and breakfast was also well done. The hotel decor needs a re-fresh, seems dated.
