The space is very new and welcoming, with a nice hostel vibe. At the same time, I was expecting some basic facilities shown in the pictures and description that were missing. For example, there was no kitchen stove or oven. I was also really disappointed by the lack of cleaning of the microwave. I reported this at reception on a Tuesday, and they told me that it is usually cleaned during the Monday shift. However, during the days I stayed, nobody cleaned it, despite me mentioning it a couple of times on the first day. To me, it doesn’t make sense to have beautiful, modern fridges but overlook such basic hygiene.
I also understood from the description that there would be coffee and tea available, but the only option I found was a paid coffee machine.
The bed itself was clean and comfortable. However, the room was not checked or tidied daily. I stayed for three nights, and the empty beds around me were never cleaned or prepared again. That said, the rooms are new and well designed for sleeping, with useful features like adjustable lighting, comfortable lockers, and a bench that made it easy to dress and organize belongings.
Nonetheless, I was not satisfied with the customer service or overall experience. I slept very poorly—partly because of alarms going off from 5:00 a.m. onwards, and also because on the second night another guest snored so loudly (and even talked in his sleep) that it was impossible to rest, even with earplugs.
