We had a lovely stay at Scandic Holberg, staff, service, location and breakfast all excellent, one small thing we were in a corner room and the bathroom was very small other than that great stay

The room was very small. No cooling at all. The step from the bathroom was really high… dangerous! Staff very good. Room clean. Needed to have the window open for some air

We loved our room, which was well appointed and comfortable. It was an easy walk from the train station. The breakfast was excellent! We would recommend the Scandic Holberg to anyone staying in Bergen.

Able to check in early. Friendly, helpful staff. Be aware, like many European hotels, there is no A/C. We were supplied a fan, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were quite nice. It was pretty hot for our two day stay so we were happy for the fan they provided. We appreciated that the room was spacious unlike the hotel rooms we stated at in other Nordic/Scandinavian countries. The Breakfast buffet was really good; excellent variety, healthy, and delicious. It was walking distance to shops, key attractions, and public transit. It was convenient that a train stops right outside the hotel, however on my last night it was too noisy for me and prevented me from getting a proper nights sleep. If I’m ever in Oslo again, I would definitely stay here!

The hotel was very near the city tram station with multiple restaurants nearby and walkable distant to the Royal Palace and the Ibsen Museum
