The “hard” surfaces we clean but the “soft” surfaces were not. The sofas were failing and not clean, rugs in bathrooms were very dirty, and master bedroom quilt was not clean.The space accommodated our needs and the outside space made for a wonderful place to entertain. The lighting made for very dimly lit areas- primary bedroom, tv room and living room.

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and suitable to our family. We had 5 adults and 1 teen and 2 children. We loved the patio, fire pit and grill. The only problem was the washer broke on the first day, so we had no laundry. The owner was very responsive but it could not be fixed during our stay.

Beautiful Osterville Home

We loved staying here. We had a family of 8- 2 children, 1 teen and 5 adults. There was plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor space was lovely with firepit, grill and large table. Lots of living area. Kitchen was great. It was close to Craigsville and Dowes Beach. Would not hesitate to book this place again.

Family Escape

It is a nice property - we enjoyed having a family room and a living room so that there was space for multiple generations. We ate outside most days and used the grill. The dining room was perfect for jigsaw puzzles. We appreciated all the towels and beach chairs. The Craigsville and Dowses beaches were very enjoyable. Osterville is a nice place to spend a week or two.

Nice house but hot

We were there during a hot spell in July and the lack of central air was a problem. There are window air conditioners in 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The ones without AC were insufferable as they also had little possibility for ventilation and the nights did not cool down much. Also, be aware that the two upstairs bedrooms with single beds are really a kids dormitory. You have to walk through one to get to the other. One little air conditioner in the first does little for the second. Location is good, nice local beach.

Family Celebration

Thank you Irene... We absolutely love your home... It was a perfect fit for our family to celebrate my nephews graduation. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Truly enjoyed sitting outside in the lovely backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this adorable home in Osterville. There was plenty of space for my 9 girlfriends and I. We loved spending time on the back patio. The house is exactly what is displayed in the pictures. Would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend.

Clean, comfortable, well decorated and appointed house.

This house had everything we needed. It was super clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, everything we needed. Beautiful home!

This is a lovely home and our family (6 adults and 7 children) fit comfortably into the 5 bedrooms. The airconditioning in the bedrooms made a big difference given the high humidity during our week. The kitchen provided more than enough dishes and silverware. With the large TVs in the living room and family room, the children watched their favorite programs while the adults enjoyed their choice of entertainment. We made good use of the beach pass, the beach chairs, and the outdoor shower available to remove the sand that followed us home! We enjoyed being together as a family but this home was large enough to allow places of quiet and solitude. We are most grateful for the use of this beautiful spot.

Great house and great location!

This house is perfect for a large group. We had two families with small children and it worked perfectly! The backyard is great for kids. The beaches are a quick drive from the house. Each bedroom had window AC units that worked very well for the really hot nights. We had a great stay and would stay at this house again in the future. The owner was also VERY responsive to any questions we had.
