Descrizione dell"abitazione non conforme alla realtà.
Abbiamo scelto questa residenza perché era dotata di 3 bagni di cui 1 con vasca e 2 con doccia. In realtà un bagno è con vasca e sanitari, l'altro e senza doccia. L'unico box doccia (con pressione dell'acqua talmente scarsa che era difficile sciacquarsi il sapone di dosso) della casa è su un vano esterno abibito a lavanderia al quale si accede dal giardino.All'arrivo la.docci aveva il soffione rotto quindi per due giorni non siamo riusciti ad usarla. L'annuncio parlava di casa climatizzata, in realtà vi è solo uno spit sul soggiorno del piano superiore, mentre le camere sono prive di aria condizionata. Le camere indicate erano due matrimoniali ed una con letti a castello. In realtà una matrimoniale consiste in un soggiorno, che funge anche da ingresso alla abitazione e da corridoio per le altre stanze, munito di divano letto con un materasso in gomma piuma di circa cm 8 scomodissimo e priva di armadio e specchio in stanza. La biancheria sebbene compresa nel prezzo non è stata fornita. L'abitazione non è raggiunta da acquedotto pubblico ma da cisterna con acqua, forse potabile... ma comunque a pagamento come da regolamento consegnato dall'host al ceck-in e non indicato sul contratto. Peccato perché la casa come struttura si meriterebbe 4 stelle ma la.dotazione e da 2. L'host anche se persona deliziosa ha tentato maldestramente di recuperare le inefficenze. Dopo segnalazione a VRBO delle incongruenze l'inserzione è stata aggiornata, ma ancora è un pò ambigua.

La Villa si trova in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi in 5' le spiagge libere del litorale; è possibile parcheggiare 3 auto sul viale. Il giardino è grande e ben curato ed è ideale per organizzare pranzi e cene in compagnia. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli ma a mio avviso necessitano di qualche mobile in più per sistemare il vestiario. Consiglio anche un frigorifero più grande o un altro in aggiunta all'attuale considerando il cibo necessario per i 6 ospiti potenziali. Il Sig. Ezio, il proprietario, è persona cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di problema.

La casa è molto bella, con un giardino magnifico dove si può pranzare e rilassarsi, ma soprattutto è in una posizione invidiabile per chi non vuole usare mezzi di trasporto per recarsi al mare. Il proprietario e' persona di rara gentilezza che ci ha assistito e supportato in ogni nostra richiesta

Diese Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft günstig! Zum Strand sind es keine 5Minuten Weg, zu den touristischen Zielen Apuliens gelangt man in kurzen Fahrten mit dem PKW, dies gelingt durch die perfekte Anbindung an die Schnellstraßen! Das Haus selbst bietet ALLES was man sich für einen Urlaub in Familie wünscht! Es liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, ist gepflegt und sauber und bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz. Zu den Vermietern kann man nur sagen VIELEN DANK FÜR IHRE GASTFREUNDSCHAFT!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!!! Viele Grüße..... Jens und Familie

Ottima location
La villa è curata nei minimi particolari, posto tranquillo, adatto per famiglie. La residenza dista solo 200 mt dal mare.I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali, dandoci indicazioni dettagliate su posti da visitare,dove mangiare ecc. Non escludo di tornare il prossimo anno, grazie signor Freni dell'ottima accoglienza.
