Trullo Resia is a cozy and welcoming trullo in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Trullo Resia you will have a nice view of the surrounding countryside. Trullo Resia is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 18 km (11.2 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Torre Canne) at 22.5 km (roughly 14 miles). You will reach Trullo Resia from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Trullo Resia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Trullo Resia is along a 250-meter (820-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a deck chair, two sun loungers and an hammock. Here you will also find a barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia, and include two chairs bed for two guests. There is a small fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is in a rustic style, equipped with a two-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a arched window.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a rocking chair. The room has a arched window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer (please note that the bathroom has no door).
