Quadruple rooms with en suite bathroom, autonomous and independent inside a farmhouse with swimming pool in the pine forest of Frassanito locality, on the Otranto coast.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, hair dryer and mini bar.

Quadruple rooms in B&B with pool in Otranto
The entrance to the quadruple rooms is to a porch furnished with a table and chairs for four people, a small area of exclusive use for each room.
The rooms consist of two rooms, one of which is inside, both furnished with a double bed. Modern and spacious full shower room.
 
The agritourism is a brand new bed and breakfast with swimming pool surrounded by nature, surrounded by Mediterranean essences and pine forest.
Common to all guests is the large swimming pool with whirlpool, accompanied by solarium with deck chairs and gazebo.
Breakfast is served every morning outdoors, in the shade of a very nice gazebo.
 
The farm`s surroundings in Frassanito, Otranto
The estate with swimming pool is located in Frassanito, very close to the sea in the Otranto area. Just minutes away are the beaches of Alimini and some of Salento`s most famous resorts on the Adriatic coast, such as the marinas of Melendugno, San Foca, Roca and Sant`Andrea.
The sea at Alimini Lakes can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Even the nearby towns can be reached in a few minutes by car, to find all the main services.
Torre dell`Orso, the famous Poetry Cave of Roca Vecchia, Torre Sant`Andrea with its beautiful stacks are all very close.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from April to October. from 9am to 7pm.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owner lives in a dependance on the property.
- Guests can enjoy a communal dinner service, as well as access to the bar, available at an additional charge.
