Em que pese a cordialidade dos colaboradores e a boa estrutura do hotel de uma forma geral, nos incomodou o fato de que a entrada no quarto estava marcada para as 13h mas só foi efetivada pelo hotel as 14h.

Café da manhã péssimo. Ao chegar 1 vaga estacionamento coberta estava obstruída com 1 fio e uma mangueira outra com 1 grade de plástico com 1 moto pequena , provavelmente de empregado do hotel. Anunciam que o restaurante é aberto e não é. Está fechado.

O hotel está desatualizado. Não tem elevador então para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção pode ser um problema. Os funcionários são excelentes. Tivemos um upgrade de quarto. A localização é excelente. A vista da cidade e linda. No geral foi uma boa estadia, só não gostei muito do café da manhã, achei muito fraco esperava mais. A vista do restaurante e muito linda tambem
