This home has recently received a thoughtful, loving facelift, making it the perfect beachfront retreat in Pacific City. Situated directly on the sand, the home offers stunning views of Haystack Rock and Cape Kiwanda. From the cozy living room and oceanfront bedroom, you can watch dory boats launch and keep an eye out for migrating whales. Comfortably furnished and well stocked for fun, this home is the ideal base for enjoying Cape Kiwanda, Pacific City, and all that the Oregon Coast has to offer.

This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

A wonderful stay in Pacific City~

I’ve rented several house rentals in Pacific City over the years. This house rental was perfect for relaxing with a dear girlfriend. I look forward to staying here again.

What a beautiful home in an amazing location! We loved walking out the door and stepping in the sand. The home was fully stocked with everything you could need. Kites, toys, bbq and more. Our family loved it so much we started planning our next trip there within hours of unpacking.

Beach House Perfection

The two of us fell in love with this beach house as soon as we walked in. We have been to Pacific City many times, but this was our first time at this house. It is welcoming, well stocked, and sooooo cute. The location is perfect, the views stunning, and everything we needed was within walking distance via the beach or the very cute neighborhood. The check in/out process was easy, the house was clean and it couldn't be more relaxing. The extra sink in the guest room is a great idea! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you for sharing this sweet beach haven.

Awesome experience. The whole process was exceptionally easy - check in, check out. The facility was very clean, filled with user friendly amenities, and located right on the beach. This turned out to be a dream vacation.
