Starfish, shells, local art, and colorful walls make this cottage a true treasure chest! This home features a living room with cozy sofas and a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating. The outdoor patio, BBQ, and access to bikes provide the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors. Come see what adventures await you at Treasure Chest!

This home has single-level sleeping accommodations featuring a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in each of the two guest rooms, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. An outdoor warm-water shower next to an expansive deck makes this house a great base for a weekend at the beach. The Shorepine Village features private beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk that also provides a breathtaking view of Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and came stocked with all the little essentials -- dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc.

Exceeded expectations

We booked this home at the last minute after another home fell through, and were VERY pleasantly surprised at what a cozy, clean, and modern house it was. The layout was perfect, for the 6 of us (our family of four + my parents). The kitchen had more tools and pots and pans than I do at home, and the beds were super comfy. We followed the paved path behind the house for about 5 minutes to get to the beach. Two of the days we walked right down the beach to Pelican brewery and the famous Pacific City sand hill. We would book this house again in a heartbeat! Only suggestion would be to include more towels and add washcloths.

Great family getaway

We loved the location and the neighborhood. The home was perfect space for our family. The bridge over the sand dune to the beach had caution tape and said it was closed for inspection. That was a little inconvenient. The steep climb over is a killer. But overall we loved it and would stay again.

Perfect Spot

this home worked great for my mother, who has trouble with stairs, and my sister-in-law, who just had knee surgery. Perfect spot on the back deck to eat and play, easy beach access, and a well stocked kitchen! Thank you!

Dirty master bedroom sheets

This rental is about 10 minutes walk to the beach in a community with similar houses. We found the master bedroom sheets with hairs here and there at our first night. Emailed the property manager. Didn’t hear back from them. I called the next day in the afternoon. The manager suggested to refund the cleaning fee and send us new sheets. We really concerned if the whole house meet the Covid cleaning standard. We hope this will not happen to the other people.
