The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests. The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church.

The room was a bit cold and when we asked to have the heat on we were told there were heating restrictions until Oct. 20. On the Padua city website, it said the heat restrictions were between April 30th until Oct. 1. The hot water was tepid not suitable for a shower. The location was excellent, we had a full view of the Basilica di Sant Antonio. To go to and from the train station the best way is SRT1 tram that you take right from in front of the train station beside Macdonalds and get out at Santo.

Clean simple room right opposite the Basilica. Comfy bed just a shame tje water pressure was so poor and that the alley next to the room was so noisy until at least midnight. Oils leave our luggage in a room both sides of our stay - although this was not secured. The cafe next to the hotel is excellent value for money

Good breakfast. Rooms have been renovated, very sleek and modern. The only thing that I would add is to have a coffee station in the bedroom or a 24/7 coffee station in the lobby.
