The entrance leads to the living area with a comfortable lounge and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.

A corridor separates the sleeping area which is at the back of the apartment, therefore very quiet. It consists of:
• a master bedroom with double king-size bed + a single bed, and a large wardrobe
• a main bathroom with a shower and a washing machine
• a double bedroom with 2 twin beds and a personal en suite bathroom with shower.

The apartment is very close to all the main monuments easily reached in less than 10 minutes of walking, next to the church of Santa Sofia and the Scrovegni Chapel, the 3 historical squares (Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza della Frutta and Piazza dei Signori), the University area, the Hospital and the train station.

Wonderful Place

This was a great place for us! Traveling with 2 young adults made it difficult to find lodging with enough comfortable beds, etc. (3) This was a spacious apartment with TWO showers which we found to be a rare treat in Europe... apartment was super clean, nicely appointed and there was all sorts of maps and information for the local area for us to use! The person meeting us found us walking and walked us to the apartment and then showed us how to use everything and answered all the questions we had. A market was close by for us to get a few things and found everything we wanted to do walkable from here, although wear comfortable shoes... you'll get your steps :-)

A great, clean flat!

Sara was a great host and shared all the details of the surrounding area so we would orient quickly to the town. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the two bathrooms was an added bonus! The only reason this residence does not get 5 stars in my book is due to the noise on Friday and Saturday nights from what I'm guessing was a nearby nightclub; I lost a lot of sleep on Friday! But this is unfortunate, as on every other point, this place was great!

Schöne Wohnung wie beschrieben- Es fehlte aber leider der Wohnzimmersessel.. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok. Es könnten vielleicht etwas mehr Frühstücksteller sein oder etwas mehr Besteck, eine Schere. Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, man ist in ca. fünfzehn Minuten in der Altstadt. Der Discoabend hielt sich in Grenzen. Nur die Probe des Trommelvereins am Mittwochabend, bis 23.30 Uhr, war etwas nervig. Wir würden wiederkommen und sagen danke und viele Grüße.
