Lot of attitude from guy at front desk upon arrival. Hit me up for a $50 pet fee, plus $150 deposit. We ended up cutting our stay short. As an Honors Member I got no special respect.

Unfortunately, this stay at Hampton was disappointing once again. While the room was very large — honestly big enough to dance in, the experience was ruined by the extremely poor sound insulation. The constant walking and running from adults and children upstairs came through very clearly, making it hard to rest and quite frustrating. Another letdown was the lobby service. Although hot water is advertised as available, the amount provided was very limited, and once it ran out, no one refilled it, which was inconvenient. Overall, the room size was a plus, but the noise issues and lack of basic service follow-up significantly impacted the stay.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, particularly in the common areas. With a bit more attention to detail, the experience would be even better.
