We stayed here to be close to the Antelope Canyon tours we had booked. The place is beautiful. Room was clean and roomy, the food at the pub was good (there were 2 tour buses there so we did not get into the restaurant on site). There is a laundramat at their campground that we found helpful since we had been on the road for a week at this point

place and view is really good，but the room was not good and the service was really bad. Took around 2-3 hours to check in and also need to wait for clean room after check in……waste a lot of time and enengy. Another thing is the light，arriving light hard to find the room place cause it have 3-4 buildings.

Staff courteous but short staffed. First check in was easy and efficient. Discovered our room was on 2nd floor with no elevator. Went back to desk. Was told to come back in an hour for a different room. Went back 90 minutes later and was informed it would be another 2 hours(at this point it was 430 pm). So 2 senior citizens decided to cart 2 50 pound suitcases up the stairs. The room needs updating. Was clean. The view was beautiful. It would benefit others to mention there are no elevators on site. Each building has 2 floors. So rooms 151 and above are on 2nd floor!

Check in nightmare

Upon arriving at 8pm we found a lobby full of people waiting to check in. Once we stepped up to the counter we were told that they had no housekeeping staff therefore it would be 1-2 hours before we were going to be able to get our room. Some others in the lobby had been waiting for 4-5 hours. We finally were able to get our room around 10:30pm. Our room was clean, comfortable and accommodated 4 adults. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and so was our view.

While the property is showing signs of aging (e.g. loud minibar fridge, old air conditioner) this was more than offset by the fabulous views across Lake Powell

Absolutely HORRIBLE organization. Our check in time was 4:00pm and here we are at 9:30pm still waiting for our room. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They hire out of country workers and when they leave they have no game plan for staffing and leave you out of luck in the middle of the dessert. No phone call when they started to get behind on cleaning. We were just told we still have a few hour wait for our room at 9:30 at night.
