Enjoy a private heated pool (heated March- October), hot tub, game room, fire pit, grill, lawn games, and stunning lake views. Stargaze under desert skies and dine outdoors. With ample boat/toy parking and only 13 mins to Wahweap Marina and 9 mins to Lone Rock Beach, it’s the ideal base for boating, hiking, and off-road fun at Lake Powell!

⧫ Bedroom 2: King bed, 50” FireStick smart TV, box fan (located in closet), and access to hall bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and double sink vanity.

⧫ Bedroom 3: Queen bed with pull out twin bed, 50” FireStick Smart TV, box fan (located in closet), full length mirror and access to hall bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and double sink vanity.

⧫ Bedroom 4: Queen over Queen bunk bed, box fan (located in closet), 50” FireStick Smart TV, and access to hall bathroom with toilet, shower and double sink vanity.

All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, and nightstands. In all of the bedroom closets you will find hangers and shelves,, and extra bed linens and blankets.

All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided - please help us keep our towels in good shape and use the provided black makeup towels, if needed. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms.

⧫ ICE MACHINE: skip the overpriced gas station ice, and fill your coolers up with ice from our ice maker that holds 35 lbs of ice, and can make up to 150 lbs a day!

⧫ Laundry Room: Save on suitcase space and pack light! Washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, ironing board, and iron.


OUTDOOR SPACE

⧫ Backyard: Let the kids burn off some energy in the private backyard with a pool while the adults kick back on the patio lounge furniture or take each other on in a cornhole tournament. Patio with dining and lounge furniture, grill, hot tub, fire pit, and artificial turf. Variety of lawn games to keep the fun going - cornhole, giant jenga, and pool floaties!

⧫ Play and cool off in the heated pool, with lounge ledge and various depths the whole family can enjoy. Enjoy peace of mind with little ones, with a fully sealed, electric pool cover operated by a locked switch box.

⧫ Patio: Space for everyone to just hang out - lounge on the patio furniture, grill up dinner on the BBQ, or soak in the hot tub. Dining table with seating for eight, lounge furniture, propane grill w/ essential tools, all while enjoying the indescribable view of Lake Powell.

⧫ Hot Tub: Relax and unwind after a long day of adventures in our private spa. Open year-round, comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, hot tub towels provided. Enjoy stunning views as the sun sets on the desert horizon.

⧫ Fire Pit: Enjoy the ambiance of the fire and the glow of the sun setting behind the Lake around the propane fire pit. Patio couches under a lighted pergola with seating for six.


PARKING

There is ample truck with a designated area for RVs, boats, and jet skis. Whether you're towing the toys or rolling in with your crew, we’ve got room for it all.. Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis - the house is towards the end of a cul de sac.

Guest access

You will have exclusive access to the entire home, backyard oasis, and private amenities to enjoy throughout your stay! Guests self check in upon arrival to the property with our keyless entry.

PLEASE NOTE: There is one locked owner's closets where we store supplies - guests do not have access to these spaces.

No Smoking: Our home is family-friendly and we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes and other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! This includes the outdoor space as well. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.

No Parties: We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do not permit parties, events, or any gatherings beyond the number of registered guests. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.

Exterior Security Cameras: Please note there is one video doorbell at the front door - camera is for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews.
