Would stay again for 1 night

Very basic room but comfy and felt safe. They did have washer and dryer that we needed to use and they worked but a little slow on drying. Was perfect for our 1 night stay on our cross country trip.

Our stay was for two nights. A little noisy during hours after 10:00 pm and before 7:00 am. I'm assuming guests winding down from the day and getting out early for hikes. The bed was a bit hard. I got used to it by 2nd night. Staff accommodated additional blankets for both nights. All in all, it was a good stay if all you need is a safe, clean place to shower and lay your head to rest.

Clean comfortable room near downtown

It was located a mile or so from downtown and grouped together with several other hotels in that location. Room was clean, standard size and bed comfortable. Plenty of parking and was reasonably priced compared to the other hotels there. I would stay there again.

We needed it last minute because there was a snow storm where we were headed through the Kaibab National Forest and had to turn around and reroute through Page. We were looking for something cheap that had good ratings because we were already out of money for the other canceled room in Jacobs Lake. We gave this place a try and had no problems at all. Clean for an old hotel. Freshly painted and no nasty smells in the room. But the best thing was how incredibly nice the front desk people were! It was nice after a stressful drive in blinding snow.

Rude staff, didn't even have a smile on her face. Hotel have NO spoon or fork. No salt too. Room have NO shampoo, only a bar of soap. Need to take from the check-in counter but staff DID NOT tell me so... For this price I'm expecting more...

Unfortunately, the room had very poor sound insulation. Sounds from neighboring rooms were clearly audible, and the noise from running water — especially from the bathroom — was surprisingly loud. This affected the overall comfort of the stay.
