I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Upon check-in, the receptionist appeared quite grumpy and unwelcoming. We tried to make light conversation and even asked if he was alright, but his attitude didn’t change. When we asked about a trolley to move our luggage, we were told they had all been taken by other guests — which we understand — but no offer of assistance was made.
Once in the room, we noticed a musty smell, and the bathroom had visible mould in the corners of the shower. Additionally, the shower tap dripped all night, even after tightening it as much as possible without risking damage.
Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case improvements can be made for future guests.
