Booked a room for 3 people and expected a couch bed for the third person, but there was no couch bed. There were also only two bath towels. Poor water pressure in sink and shower. No drain stopper in bathroom sink. Shower door would not close all the way so lots of wayer dripping onto floor. Loose floor tile in bathroom. Hot water temp varied from not being hot enough after waiting a few minutes, then would be too hot during a ten minute shower, so you had to keep adjusting. With 45 minutes left of breakfast time, several items were out. Really nice wide parking spaces. Nice new exterior, lobby, and parking lot. Easy access, and nice location. Surprised there were so many issues at a hotel that can only be a couple years old. Would not stay there again at price paid.

The property was clean and the staff was pleasant. My only issues were... #1 the showers door didn't close, so we ended up with water on the bathroom floor every time. #2 the hot tub was cold and the pool was ice cold!

Great location near Lake Powell. Newer hotel that needs to be kept up better. Carpets need cleaning. Breakfasts are sad at best. Eggs and sausage every day that are flavorless. Our room had a beautiful shower stall that leaked out on to the floor. Great parking for boats.

The location is convenient to both Page and Lake Powell. The shower was nice and large. The breakfast was okay but nothing great. The balcony had not been cleaned or swept in some time. The pillows were horrible. There was a loud "clicking" sound all night long. We both came to the conclusion that the plumbing pipes before the bathroom lav was expanding and contracting-all night long! sound carried from the fourth floor above, especially the barn door sliding back and forth in the room above.
