Welcome to the Hawaiian Sanctuary, a 44-acre tropical farm-stay that goes beyond the typical resort experience, offering a unique blend of island living, eco-conscious comfort, and vibrant community experiences. Hawaiian Sanctuary is a retreat center with multiple cabins and numerous shared amenities, including a shared pool, spa with jacuzzi and sauna, and communal kitchen. This cabin has two queen beds, accommodating up to four guests. The cabin is equipped with a kitchenette along with a private bathroom and a shower for your convenience. It is surrounded by pristine jungle, awash with the sound of tropical birds by day and tree frogs by night.


Indulge in the holistic amenities at your fingertips, including access to our spa featuring an ozonated jacuzzi hot tub and UV infrared sauna, a fully equipped free-weight fitness gym, and an array of enriching onsite classes.

As a Permaculture Education Center, our grounds flourish with vibrant flowers, plants, jungles and gardens. Explore our ground-dwelling bird sanctuary on a leisurely walk through our permaculture orchards.

Delight in fresh farm-to-table food at Elixir bar or with our private chef served Monday through Friday. Every Friday, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls during our Sound Healing Class, followed by the rhythmic beats of our weekly Bee Dance Party from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., hosted by local DJs. Kindly consult our calendar for ongoing events during your stay.

Your reservation includes access to the spa (jacuzzi and infrared sauna), public pool, gym facilities, weekly Sound Healing and Friday Ecstatic Dance (typically $20 for non-guests). Additionally, enjoy optional daily yoga classes for just $10 per session.

During your stay, inquire about our spa sessions, massages, or guided permaculture tours, enhancing your well-being amidst the tropical beauty.

Details & Special Notes:

- Check-in concludes at 9:00 p.m., kindly arrive by 8:30 p.m. for a personalized room introduction and tour of the amenities and campus.
- Check-out by 11:00 a.m. We ask that guests leave the property tidy and return any borrowed items before departure. Thank you for your cooperation!
- If arriving later than 9:00 p.m. due to flight arrangements, please inform us via call or text with your flight information at least 24 hours before your flight, so we can make personal check-in arrangements with your host up until 1 a.m. 
- If, due to your flight, you need to arrive later than 1 a.m., you will receive self-instructions for finding your room. 
- Prior to your stay, please share your estimated arrival time (ETA) for a seamless check-in with your host. Contact us directly at our 800 number for any assistance.
- Convenient parking is available directly in front of our cabins and in the lodge room parking lot.
- We are a tropical wellness retreat center and sustainable farm, so there will be various people (staff, interns, outside community members - visiting for classes, workshops, and events) on property. Though, due to the large amount of land, you can be as private or social as you'd like.
- As a working farm and bird sanctuary, you may hear lively bird calls throughout the day and occasionally at night.
- Join the local celebration on Friday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., featuring small crowds and amplified dance music.
- Advanced reservations are required for airport drop-off or airport pick-up.
- Our retreat center is a smoke and drug free campus unless at designated smoking areas or in-front of your cabin.
- Enjoy quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. On Fridays, music and community events extend until 10:30 p.m.
