House located a 15-minute walk from Gran de Palamós Beach. It features a large garden where you can play ball and let the kids run around. Private pool for our guests. Ocean views from the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy all your meals, as it’s shaded from the sun. There’s also an awning if needed.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, each with a fan. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and one has two single beds. All bedrooms have a dresser for storing clothes and hangers. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate half-bath. We have a hair dryer. All rooms are on the same floor. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. An iron and ironing board are available. There are board games and Wi-Fi.

There is no access to the garage, but cars can be parked on the paved area—they cannot be parked on the lawn. It can accommodate up to 3 cars. A barbecue is available for your use. The house can be rented in both winter and summer; it is equipped with heating.

Garden area with a pool and vegetable garden. There is a space in the garden where you can play ball and another area just for sunbathing. We’re located in San Juan, a rustic area in Palamós that’s a 15-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown Palamós. There are other beaches in Palamós, such as La Fosca, Castell, and Cala Estreta. You can also come and enjoy the Camino de Ronda, both in winter and summer.
