The house, located on the fifth floor of a building served by an elevator, opens onto the spacious and bright living room, equipped with a magnificent terrace furnished with a table and chairs, which features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a television and a large dining table. The independent kitchen has access to the balcony, and is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two equipped with a queen-size bed and the third with a French bed. Three bathrooms complete the layout, two with shower and one with bathtub.

Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.

L’appartement est spacieux et se situe Ă  30 mn Ă  pieds du centre historique. L’immeuble est tranquille mais mal isolĂ© ( on entend les voisins du dessus marcher..). Il n’y a pas d’épicerie de base et 2 petites cuillĂšres pour 6.. l’annonce mentionne un lit double qui est un lit en 120cm, ce qui a gĂąchĂ© les nuits d’un couple.

Our appartment was only available 3 hours after the check-in time due to appartment not cleaned on time. Once we arrived, no flat sheets and no pillow covers were in the bed and also no mattress protectors! Also, very poorly supplied (no salt, no pepper, no oil, no dish cloths, etc). For a 3 bedroom appartment, there is not enough kitchenware (only for four persons I’d say). For garbages, only a day to day calendar was available, no trash can tags on them which is weird. With all the above, nothing was done from the management company to compensate us for the troubles, not only a slight late check-out! We would recommend staying somewhere else and even stay away from Wonderful Italy apartment company. We expected much more from a big rental company. This was one of our worst rentals!
