Our room was very comfortable. The location is ideal only a few short steps from Quattro Canti with a lovely view from our window. It can be quite loud at times, especially with the window open. The air conditioning has some limitations, but these are nationwide restrictions.

Great location…staff is very accommodating However, if you book a suite, they are all located outside. The only way to get into your suite is to go out on a fire escape. Very challenging to navigate with luggage.

Perfect location

The hotel is in the perfect location, central to explore everything. The room was nice & big but you can hear every door slam when people come & go so was hard to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise it has everything you could need.

Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee and could easily buy coffee pods and water for the machine. The staff is fabulous!

This was a great property for our stay in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and even organized an airport pick up late in the evening due to a flight delay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to all the main attractions. We highly recommend.

At the center of it all!

This was a perfect stay for our first night in Palermo. Close to everything! Wonderful breakfast with views of the city. Only issue was getting there in a car and parking.

Location was great, friendly staff. Property was dated, there was no window facing out, it was facing middle of the building with pipes so it was weird not to see sunlight. Bathroom was dated, bathtub had mildew all around. Terrace, staff and breakfast were good.
