We enjoyed the high ceilings giving the room an airy feel, access to unlimited free bottled water and a kitchen to use if required. The reception staff especially were very friendly.

The hotel is a nicely restored historical building with modern furnishings and old world charm. I booked a room with a sea view and did not receive that. Seemed like a sea view didn’t really exist considering there are buildings blocking the view. Anyway, we were given a suite with two rooms and beautiful restored fresco ceilings instead, that made up for it. Good air conditioning, WiFi, decent breakfast, big TVs, and walking distance to the Old Town.

Great location for walking to sites! Gorgeous new hotel with large rooms best mattress and pillows. So clean too. Kitchen for tea, coffee and water. Staff is amazingly friendly and breakfast was included.

Not all old remodeled Italian villas are as beautifully done as this one. From the elevator to all levels to the sound proof windows this remodel was well done. The staff were friendly and helpful

The street in front was quite littered. The staff was awesome! They were so friendly and helpful. They even stored our luggage when we went to Millazo for a 10 hour boat trip and checked out of the hotel. The owner was also very friendly.

Nice but...

Very nice modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Our negative was the location. Felt removed from the center of activity. We prefer to be closer to the shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful property close to Via Roma for shopping and all of the must see historical areas in Palermo. Highly recommend the breakfast as well - coffee and food was authentic and staff was welcoming and friendly!!!!
