Electrical power is free until 10 kw/day of consumption, after that, we consider a rise of 0,80 cents each extra kw/h. At arrival and departure we will check the electrical power consumption to prevent misuse and environmental waists; we guarantee a minimum free electrical consumption to allow a regular use of the house amenities. A contribution for your gas consumption is expected only in case of long stays during winter season.
Children under 2 years old, placed in the cot bed, only costs 10€ /per stay.
Arrivals are planned between 4:30 pm and 10 pm. unless you have a different specific time request for your arrival.
Departures are usually at 9:30 am, unless specific arrangements. Late arrivals cost 10€/per extra hour.
At the arrival we will ask you a copy of your ID or Passport.
Cleaning fee: 50/70€ depending the number of guests to pay cash money at arrival.
