Had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Palermo. The entrance off the street doesn’t do justice to the clean, modern and well equipped rooms and terraced breakfast area. The staff were so helpful right throughout my stay.

Comfortable spot in the heart of Palermo

Small, boutique accommodation in the heart of Palermo. Convenient location but can be a little tricky to find. I'd recommend getting there via taxi. Large, clean and comfortable room. Great terrace for breakfast with an amazing spread of food. Be aware that there is no elevator and reception is located on the second floor. Rooms are on floors 2 and 3.

We enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza Sul Centro. Our hosts were wonderful and our room was fine. The property is a short walk to several areas of historical interest as well as restaurants and shopping.

Had a fantastic 4 days in Palermo. Hotel cannot be beaten for location, convenient for all attractions and restaurants as well as 15 minutes walk from the station. Hotel room was perfect. We had a minor issue with the shower head when we arrived late at night, and this was rectified straight away the next morning. Relaxing breakfast on the beautiful terrace looking across the rooftops. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value, clean hotel, in the perfect location to explore Palermo.

Excellent Stay with Exceptional Host We had a wonderful stay here! The owner, Ditto, was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help us during check-in—he even carried our luggage and shared great tips for touring the town. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. The bathroom was also large, modern, and sparkling clean. Everything felt brand new. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented as well. The location is perfect if you’re arriving on foot or by taxi—everything you want to see in town is within easy walking distance, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby. However, if you’re driving, finding parking can be quite challenging unless you’re familiar with the area. Ditto kindly provided parking information and helped us through the process, which made a big difference. Thanks to his warm hospitality and assistance, we truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property twice, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. On both occasions, "Vito" the check-in agent was outstanding. A very nice guy who was a wealth of information and extremely helpful, patient and kind. The rooftop breakfast served every day was amazing and the views incredible. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay here!

Lena is the real star of this show! Her cute little face is there greet everyone. She even outshines the stunning view from the breakfast rooftop, which is tough competition. The owners are wonderful! They’re so kind and helpful! Their directions are clear, and we had a lovely stay. The woman who serves breakfast is also wonderful! We loved staying here. The location is great too. For those who struggle with steps or carrying luggage up multiple flights, you should stay elsewhere. Otherwise, stay here.

We had the basic room but it had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel is located up a flight of stairs (second or third floor), but our room was a half-floor above ground level which meant we didn't have to carry luggage up so far. When we did have to check out we stored our luggage with the front desk for a few hours, and staff came and helped carry our heavier bags up! On that note, the staff at the hotel we're amazing- kind, helpful and super knowledgeable about the area. Lastly, the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely with great selection, a friendly ghost, and amazing rooftop views. I would stay here again! Two things to note! The shower is tiny in the room we had and getting into it was a challenge as the door doesn't open very wide, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible if that's a consideration for you.

An amazing place to stay. So central to all sites to see as well as close to the train and bus terminal. The terrace where the breakfast was offered had the most spectacular view of the surrounding panoramic views. I was even greeted from my transfer by Emilio and he assisted me up to the room out of the reception hours. Vito and Cetti both staff members made my stay so personable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here in the future.

No elevator - which meant we had to limit the times we went in & out! ( 64 steps was a challenge) .may be this should be highlighted to prospective guests. Vito who met & greeted us helped carry our luggage up four flights of steps which we were grateful for. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean & airconditioned. Location convenient & central. Beautiful views from the breakfast terrace . Breakfast very limited choices.

Excellent value, spotless and friendly

Beautifully clean and friendly place in a great central location which felt very safe at night. It's not 24 hour reception but communication was excellent and codes worked perfectly. Place was immaculate and modern. Fridge and kettle in room with tea etc big bonus. Ear plugs provided though I didn't need. Note if you arrive out of hours you will need to carry your suitcase upstairs so don't over pack. Breakfast on the terrace with some great pastries etc.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is very centrally located, which made it easy to explore the city. Emiliano went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—he personally greeted us on Sunday when we arrived, even though it was outside regular hours. What truly touched us was his kindness the morning we left: we had to head to the airport at 4:30 AM, and he showed up to help with our luggage and ensure the taxi arrived on time. His care and dedication made a real difference in our experience.
