Delightful and bright apartment recently renovated and furnished to spend your vacation in complete relaxation. Property located in Palermo, near Dante, near Piazza Principe di Camporeale. The strategic location allows you to visit the city by walking or using the means of transport that will be available to you a few meters from home. Possibility of parking, in a reserved and clean environment, not subject to chaos.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a kitchen, a living room, a toilet with a shower cabin, and the same is located on the third floor of a 4-storey building. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with sheets, bath towels, Wi-Fi network, kitchen equipped with pots and dishes, inside the apartment there are the air conditioner, TV, fridge, washing machine. The apartment is located about 100 mt. from the park of Villa Malfitano and just a few minutes from Piazza Politeama, one of the main roads of Palermo. At 500 meters from the apartment there is also the new metro station "Lolli". Easy free parking on the road, or paid guarded at 50 mt. We can accommodate up to 5 people for short / medium / long periods. Water and gas consumption included in the price.
