Use of the house

Upon entering the apartment, right staircase B, seventh floor, interior number 30, you will find on the left the light switch for the entrance room.
The main lights are operated from the remote control you will find immediately after the entrance room, on the left is a leather case hanging from the closet, the other lights have their own individual switches.
It is recommended not to open the balcony when the heat pump is on, so as not to nullify the cooling effect and waste energy. The Paper Travel residence adopts the philosophy of maximum respect for the environment.
It is recommended not to turn on the hair dryer at the same time as the heat pump, it may create a power overload.

THE KITCHEN CORNER.
- The opening side of the refrigerator is indicated by the presence of a mirrored triangle.
- The espresso maker at your disposal is electric, but fear not: when it has completed its work, it will keep the coffee hot, without burning it. Coffee made, you need to unplug it from the power supply.
- There are three buttons for using the microwave:
o BLUE is used to DISCONNECT (each press sets a time of 5 minutes and15 seconds)
o RED is for HEATING (each press increases the time by 30 seconds)
o GREEN is for Start and Stop

THE BATHROOM
- Entering, to the right, there are two switches with 0/1 indication:
o The first one turns on the water heater;
o The second is the switch for the ventilation fan.
- During nighttime hours, a motion-sensing lamp will automatically turn on when you enter the bathroom and turn off independently after a few minutes.
- Should you smell a bad odor in the bathroom, pour a glass of water down the shower drain. You will find the appropriate of glass on the metal shelf.

Air conditioning, which should be used sparingly because of the high cost of energy, charges a daily fee in advance (5 euros per day). 
According to Palermo's municipal regulation, as of May 1, the temperature of the air conditioner must not be set below 25 degrees.
The tourist tax, payable to the host, is 2 euros per day per person. Children under 12 years old excluded.

Before leaving the house
- Remember to take the house keys!
- Turn off all electrical appliances, including the air conditioner.
- Set the two bathroom switches to Zero
