The property was beautiful, the room was huge, and the staff was all made aware of our plans for the weekend and went out of their way to have everything ready for us. Everybody was so incredibly helpful from opening every door, to having bicycles ready for us, to offering us cold water - just so many little amenities made this so wonderful. This was a Five Star Plus experience! I can't thank them enough for making this a truly special experience for us.

I had to complain three times to resolve a housekeeping issue. The shower valve was loose, and it was impossible to take a hot shower. The mattress condition was terrible. The a/c in the room was extremely noisy. It woke me up many times during the night.

I love the Brazilian Court. It's in a neighbood and very walkable to Worth Avenue, shopping and restaurants. It has a stylish and chill vibe. The staff are so nice, accommodating, and on the ball! I'll never stay anywhere else in Palm Beach.

World Renowned Experience

Another memorable stay and this time celebrating our wedding anniversary at this UNESCO world heritage site 30-years ago with wonderful rooms surrounded by private and carefully tailored courtyards. The bathroom was very dated and you had to step over a large bathtub to get into the shower. Our room was nice but the AC was broke and the sink didn’t drain properly.
