Guests have private access to the entire home, game room, pool, hot tub and yard. A few owner closets remain locked for personal storage.

• Self-check-in is available through a smart lock.

• The home, pool and yard are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

• Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

• Message us for assistance between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Support is available 24/7 for urgent property emergencies.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

• This is a single-story home with one step required at the entrance.

• Pool heating is weather-dependent. The heating system operates only when the outdoor temperature is 60°F or higher, and colder weather may affect the maximum water temperature.

• The pool is routinely serviced on Tuesdays, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The hot tub is serviced between every reservation.

• Lawn maintenance normally takes place on Thursdays or Fridays, weather permitting. Service providers may briefly access the exterior areas during these scheduled visits.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

The property has three exterior security cameras:

• One at the front door, facing outward

• One above the garage, facing the driveway

• One on the right side of the house, monitoring the exterior side of the property

All cameras are exterior-facing and do not monitor any interior space. They are active and record video and audio when motion is detected.

HOUSE RULES

• The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. A government-issued photo ID may be required to verify the booking guest’s identity and age.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

• Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please help us preserve the peaceful residential environment.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

• Pets are not permitted.

FLORIDA WEATHER + WILDLIFE

Florida’s warm climate supports abundant wildlife. The property receives regularly scheduled pest-control service, but guests may occasionally encounter insects, lizards or other small outdoor visitors around the property.

Severe weather and unexpected utility outages can occasionally affect services or amenities. We will communicate promptly and assist whenever reasonably possible.
